Gluten free brewing

When it comes to brewing beer, there are plenty of options and variations to pick from. For us, it starts with selecting grains, that are malted and roasted in the same ways when compared to popular beer brands and styles. We are not trying to create some “variation” of beer, instead something that tastes the same as the products we have come to be used to, and more importantly love.

We don’t use Sorghum, we don’t use syrups, and outside of a few high ABV beers we don’t add sugars. Malted Millet sourced from Colorado, and Malted Rice sourced from California make up nearly 100% of our ingredient list. That and of course Water, Hops and Yeast.

Some beers will contain small amounts of Buckwheat or Oats, certified as GF of course

Hops are mainly sourced locally, either Oregon or Washington, with only a few coming in as imports.

Our process is a little more time consuming, but is nearly identical to standard brews.

Our grains are expensive, nearly 4x standard prices. So therefore ours beers are also a little more expensive. We hope you can appreciate the care and cost we put into our beers, and we thank you for your patronage
